For the installation of this heavy duty steel box rail hardware wall mount kit, a wooden plank is required to create space and prevent the door from rubbing against the wall. The plank should have a width of 5 1/8" and a thickness of 1/2", for reference. It's important to consider the thickness of the baseboard or door frame as well.

The kit includes 8FT of hardware, consisting of 4FT box tracks, box track brackets, rollers, stops, end caps, track connector, and L guides. The ball bearings rollers make sliding more smooth, and a plastic material has been added to the outer side of the rollers to reduce noise during sliding.

The barn door guides are suitable for door panel thickness ranging from 1 1/2" to 2", and the vertical lock nuts on the rollers are adjustable. The package includes 2 packs of chrome barn door guides and 1 pack of ball bearings barn door guides.
